EIR Legal provides comprehensive legal services regarding individual and collective employment law for corporate clients.
We advise Polish and multinational clients on all aspects of employment law and relations. We draft employment contracts, non-competition agreements and other employment documentations. We support Management Board in selecting optimum employment, terms and conditions; we assist in drafting redundancy strategies, as well as business reorganisation. We advise our clients on how to negotiate and develop their relations with employees and trade unions, aiming to avoid or resolve employment disputes. We represent our clients before Labour Court and support during the audits of the State Labour Inspection (PIP) and Social Insurance Office (ZUS).
EIR Legal is headed by Alicja Biernat, advocate with many years of experience. Who supports her team in their day to day work. Alicja Biernat graduated from Nicolaus Copernicus University in Toruń, and completed her advocate’s training with the Warsaw Bar. She specialises in labour law, gained her experience in international law firms such as Ernst & Young and TGC Corporate Lawyers. She also worked as a specialist for the Labour Law Department of the Polish Ministry of Labour and Social Policy.

Alicja also provides labour law training sessions for clients. She is a lecturer at conferences and an author of publications in Polish-wide newspapers.
She is a member of the European Employment Lawyers Association (EELA).
